Steps to Take Before Coming to Campus

Pay the SEVIS I-901 Fee
Get your F-1 visa
Submit immunization/health requirement records to Student Health and Wellness
Book your travel tickets
- Don't forget about arriving in time for your orientation dates
- You can enter the U.S. up to 30 days before the start date on your I-20
Set up RPI Email (RCS Account) - Follow these instructions
Pay Tuition – Visit the Bursar's Office for detailed instructions and additional information for International students
Check for email communications from International Services for Students and Scholars

August 25	International Student Welcome (ISW) Time and location TBD (To Be Determined) Registration is required to save your seat - more information coming! Hosted by ISSS This in-person event is required* for all new international students and scholars + incoming exchange students*
August 27	DUE DATE: Electronic Check-In (ECI) + International Student Foundations (ISF) First day of classes for Fall 2026
