Address Change

- Travel Letter - Outside of the U.S. for 5+ Months
- Full-time Certification Letters (see Registrar's Office)
Off-Campus Employment During Degree
- Co-op Application for CPT — (Visit CCPD to learn more about Co-Ops)
- Alternate CPT (Curricular Practical Training) Approval
- SSN (Social Security Number) Letter Request
Post-Graduation Employment — Year one
Students in their final semester are eligible to apply for OPT to work after graduation.

Processing Time
Please allow 10 business days for ISSS to process your form or request.
You’ll receive an email notification once your documents are ready.
- Requests submitted by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day begin processing that same day.
- Requests submitted after 12:00 p.m. Eastern begin processing the next business day.
- Requests submitted on weekends or Institute closures begin processing the next business day.
Documents can be picked up at the International Services for Students and Scholars.
Digital Signature Policy
ISSS forms submitted digitally must include either an original (wet ink) signature or an Adobe digital signature.
- Original signatures are handwritten (“wet ink”) signatures. A scanned copy of a wet ink signature is acceptable.
- Digital signatures must follow the ISSS-approved Adobe digital signature format. Please refer to the appropriate guide for instructions:
