    • Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your anticipated stay abroad.
  • Provide your travel itinerary.

Follow these steps to register your travel:

  1. Go to the RPI Education Abroad Travel Registry
  2. Click the red button "Go to Portal"
  3. Log in with your RCS account
    • For your first log in to the system, you may be prompted to answer questions. Complete those to move forward.
  4. In the four tiles at the top of the page, click Register Travel.
    • If you do not see these tiles, click the waffle menu (9 dots) in the top left corner, then click "Global".
    • After doing this, you will see the four tiles at the top; click Register Travel.
